Marine1 provides a subscription-based platform giving marine maintenance and repair professionals access to manufacturer-agnostic technical manuals in PDF format. Access is tiered based on subscription plan, with limits on the number of vessels and manuals accessible per billing period.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share account access with others outside your authorised subscription scope.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

Marine1 offers tiered subscription plans. Details of current plans, pricing, and included features are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4.2 Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Marine1 to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

5. Permitted Use

You may access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in the marine maintenance and repair industry. You must not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any manual or content accessed through the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or bulk-access content.
• Circumvent vessel or usage limits imposed by your subscription tier.
• Share your account credentials or provide access to unauthorised users.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Service, including technical manuals, is either owned by Marine1 or licensed from third parties. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content.

The Marine1 name, logo, and platform design are trademarks of Marine1. You may not use them without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Marine1 does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Manuals are free from inaccuracies or are suitable for any specific repair or maintenance task.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

You use the Service and rely on any content at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marine1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damage to vessels, equipment, or property resulting from reliance on content accessed through the platform.
